Background:
On Monday, it became known that the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine had uncovered a large-scale corruption scheme organised by the Deputy Minister of Energy.
Ukrainska Pravda’s sources report that Oleksandr Kheil was detained in Kyiv for a bribe of half a million dollars.
