An air-raid warning was issued in the city and oblast.
Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, reported that the Russians struck Tsyrkuny in the Kharkiv district at 00:50. A residential building was damaged and a fire broke out.
No information about casualties was received.
